Here is another potential logo for my blog. Due to the name I picked for my blog I felt limited with the images I could use. Any other artwork besides some sort of cirlcular image didn't seem to fit right. I created both of these images using Raven on Avairy.

Here are some images from some programs, textorizer 1 &2, Tagxedo, Textimage, Glassgiant and excoffizer) I played around with for my Digital Media class. My favorite by far is the textorizer 1 image. It's my nephew John. It took me forever to get the image just the way I wanted it. It was actually fun to play sround with the different programs and see what you can come up with.

These are some images I created by using some programs you can find online. Scribbler, Scribbler too ( which is supposed to be an improvement on the original Scribbler) and Flame Painter. Let me begin by saying Scribbler was my favorite program to work. Each program gives the creator a different product. Flame painter was difficicult to master. The controls at the bottom of the screen were not explained and the "painter" was really difficult to control to get the effect one wanted. Scribbler too is supposed to be an improvement to Scribbler. The only improvement I saw was the ability to save.  With the exception of the box drawing ( which I created to test the control of the tools) my images are organic and resemble nature. Must of been the warm weather this week.

This video was an assignment for my Digital Media class. I composed an original beat using Roc on Avairy and then mashed it up with some other audio clips. To create the video I used a favorite song of mine and the original beat I composed and then I added a few sound bits here and there. Enjoy!

Toledo

I took this picture while working on an assignment for my digital media class. I drove around downtown Toledo on a cold snowy afternoon. When I loaded my pics to flickr they all mimicked the day, dreary and gray. The first thing I did was crop and rotate the photo so it focused on the one window column. I increased the contrast to brighten up the shot a bit. The window ledges were a drab orange and the boards a dull yellow brown. I played with the saturation and temperature til I got the yellow and orange to pop. I increased the shadow to highlight some of the bricks on the building. While the building is boarded up and looks abandoned the editied version gives it tons of life, occupied or not.

Through the Peephole is a peek into what interests me, what I'm working on, where I've been and where I'm going.
